Mechelle Palermo is not a licensed Dietitian, Medical Doctor or Psychologist and the scope of her

services do not include treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders. If I

suspect I may have an ailment or illness that requires medical attention, then it is

my responsibility to consult my Doctor immediately. If it is recommended at any

point to check in with my Doctor on a condition or suspected condition, I accept it is

my responsibility to do so.

Also, I am not to alter or discontinue treatments prescribed by my Doctor or other

licensed health professional without consulting the individual who prescribed the

treatment.
